Picnic at the Zoo

We took the kids to the zoo last Monday (MLK holiday) and it was a beautiful day for picnic! We picked up happy meals for the kids and enjoyed lunch at the zoo's picnic area. Then, we went and saw some of the animals until Allie got REALLY cranky.....which,of course, meant it was time to go home for naps!!

Baking Christmas Cookies!

The kids really enjoyed baking ans decorating Christmas cookies, but their favorite part was eating them, of course!

Trip to Charleston

We were excited to go to Charleston to see the Christmas Lights at James Island State Park this year. Both of the kids loved every minute of our trip, even though it rained the entire time! We stopped by Charleston Place for some pics and to let the kids see the trains and Christmas trees.

Tree Farm

We went to Brown's Tree farm to pick out our Christmas tree and found the perfect one! The kids had a great time visiting with Santa and playing on the playground.....definitely lots of fun!
